Cooling Energy Shake (12-16 oz.)

Blend all ingredients until smooth and uniform in color

Suggested: Drink separate from meals due to the speedy rate of digestion

1 cup seasonal fruit

1 Banana

¼ cup unsweetened yogurt

1 cup unsweetened coconut water (CO2)

1 Scoop Protein Powder (Amazing Grass)

½ Scoop collagen powder

1 Tbsp. chia seeds

½ scoop Maca Powder

¼ scoop (1 tsp.) shiitake mushroom powder

2-3 ice cubes (just to create coolness)

Coconut Chickpea Green Beans

Sauté and serve warm or cool

1 Tbsp. coconut oil (add to frying pan)

1 tsp. Mustard seeds (add to oil)

Pinch of Asafetida (Hing) “Indian garlic”

Pinch of salt (Pink Himalayan Sea Salt)

1 tsp. – 1 Tbsp. Masala (Spice)

Ojas (High Energy) Drops

Process by grinding and form drops, roll in unsweetened coconut flakes with 1 Tbs. honey.

Refrigerate and enjoy!     

Add to a mixer of food processor:

 

1 cup raw cashews

2 Tbsp. ghee

½ tsp. Cardamom
