Mindful Movement

The mindful motion Tai Chi classes use traditional movements of both Tai Chi and Qi Gong in an easy, fun way. It is usually done standing but can easily be adapted for sitting if necessary.  There is no need to remember forms or moves. Just watch, listen, move – and have fun! 

One of the greatest advantages of Tai Chi is that anyone (regardless of age or level of fitness) can do it anywhere anytime. The risk of injury is very low. You don’t need equipment or a lot of space. Just take a class and start!
